Matthew Cutt

As a chartered accountant with over 20 years of experience in the UK, Australia, and Thailand, Matthew has worked extensively within the BDO family as prior to moving to Thailand was a partner with BDO in Australia. His focus is on leading the deal advisory services with deep expertise in financial due diligence, valuations and M&A advisory services for clients both locally and internationally. These clients range from private equity funds to multinational corporations to Thai listed PLC's. Matthew has completed numerous local and cross border transactions in Thailand and has specialist knowledge in “getting the deal done”.
