Noel Ashpole

Noel began her work in professional services over 30 years ago in the UK, and has since developed her expertise in Australia, Hong Kong, and Thailand. She spent much of her career as an audit partner at large professional services firms.

Noel’s talent and dedication has led her to develop strong relationships with regulatory bodies, provide audit and advisory services to multi-national clients, and help her organisations build a long-standing reputation for quality. She is a member of the Thai Institute of International Auditors as well as the Thai Institute of Directors.

Despite these successes, Noel wished to be part of a new kind of firm – one driven by fresh ideas. “I was inspired by what I saw around me, over these 20 years of living in Thailand,” she says. “I realised that I could be part of a professional services firm that represented the best parts of Thai culture. It would need to have a positive internal culture, and an equitable environment. Ideals like openness, transparency, and trust – both internally and with clients – would create an atmosphere where people would enjoy working.”

Noel sees great potential for the firm she has helped bring to life. “I’m incredibly proud of what our team has done in such a short amount of time,” she says. “Part of that comes from the way we bring new employees onboard, and help them learn our culture. But the rest is about commitment: When the leaders show their dedication to success, the entire team follows.”
