Threenuch is a Legal Partner at BDO in Thailand. She has extensive experience advising multinational clients on corporate and commercial matters, including regulatory compliance across a wide range of industries and foreign investment regulations in Cambodia, China, Malaysia, Myanmar, Vietnam, and Thailand.​

Threenuch specializes in M&A transactions, taking the lead in legal due diligence, reviewing transactional documents, and negotiating agreements for both local and cross-border share and asset acquisitions.​

She advises clients on a broad range of commercial contracts and regulatory issues, including sale and purchase, supply, distribution, management and service agreements and agency contracts.​

She has broad experience in employment and labor law, providing strategic guidance on company restructuring, compliance assessments, employee transfers, and termination planning during M&A processes including HR document mapping and gap analysis projects.​
