Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 - PDPA

The Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) has been fully enforced since 1 June 2022, requiring all organizations that collect, use, or disclose personal data to strictly comply with the law which is more than just a legal requirement in Thailand—it’s a business essential. Organizations that collect or process personal data must comply, or risk severe penalties of up to THB 5 million, criminal charges, and reputational damage.
